- Hago la tortilla en la sartén habiéndola engrasado previamente con aceite de coco. Yo le pongo papel de metal y una tapa para que se cuaje mejor a fuego bajo y después de darle la vuelta ya lo destapo. Vigílalo para que quede con el cuajado que desees.
