- En un bowl colocamos la ricota, el azúcar, la ralladura de limón y el huevo. Mezclamos bien y reservamos.



- Retiranos la masa de la heladera. Dividimos, reservando un tercio de la misma. Estiramos sobre la misma bolsita que utilizamos para unir. Cubrimos un molde desmontable enmantecado. Cubrimos la base con unas fetas funitas de dulce de batata o el que nso guste.


- Sobre esto agregamos la mezcla de ricota. Estiramos el resto de la masa y cortamos en tiras finas para cubrir formando un enrejado como lo hacemos en la pasta frola.



- Llevamos a horno precalentado a temperatura media alta por 30'. Retiramos y dejamos enfriar para desmoldar. Una vez fría un rato de heladera le viene muy bien. Lista para servir y compartir en familia.
