- 450 gr harina leudante
- 100 gr manteca
- 150 gr azúcar
- 100 ml leche
- 1/2 ralladura de limón o un chorrito de esencia de vainilla

- Para el almÃbar
- 7 cucharadas agua
- 5 cucharadas azúcar
- Para pintar
- 1 huevo
- Usar

- 1 palo amasar

- 1 molde para tarta

- En un bowl colocamos la harina, el azúcar y la manteca en trocitos comenzamos a integrar hasta formar una arenilla quiere decir que ya todos los ingredientes se integraron bien.



- Ahora integramos los huevos, la ralladura o la esencia de vainilla, la leche. Vamos mezclando hasta formar una masa lisa.



- Ya tenemos la masa vamos a dividirla a la mitad una para la base y otra para las tiritas. En un molde redondo para tartas yo usé N°24 pero ustedes usen el que tengan en casa, el molde hay que rociarlo con rocÃo vegetal o con manteca. Estiramos la masa y colocamos en el molde, guardamos en la heladera hasta que pongamos el dulce.



- En una cacerola colocamos en cubitos el dulce con un poco de agua y cocinamos unos minutos hasta que esté listo. Pasamos el dulce al molde.


- Con la masa que guardamos estiramos y cortamos tiritas. Las primeras 4 tiras van derechas y las 4 siguientes van cruzadas.



- En una compotera batimos 1 huevo y vamos a pincelar toda la tarta para llevar a horno bajo para que se cocine despacio y no se queme. Cocinamos por unos 25' o hasta que esté doradito. Luego sacado del horno dejamos enfriar unos 30'.


- Mientras la pasta frola se esta enfriando pasamos a cocinar el almÃbar. En una ollita chiquita a fuego bajo cocinamos hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.



- Por último con el almÃbar que hicimos pincelamos toda la tarta y colocamos el coco rallado por los bordes.



- Listo terminamos la pasta frola ahora si a disfrutar con unos mates :)
