- Tomamos una hoja y le vamos a untar masa ojo no tanta masa para que no queden gordos, ponemos el mole la carne y cerramos y vamos acomodando en nuestra vaporera,






- La vaporera debe tener lo suficientemente agua para que se nos cosas bien los tamales, una vez hechos y acomodamos tapamos con más hojas y ponemos una bolsa encima y la tapamos. Dejamos por unas 3 horas y media cocinar.
