- 25 hebras de pavilo para amarrar de un metro de largo
- 250 gramos maicena
- 250 gramos salsa lizano
- 2 chiles panameños
- 5 litros agua
- 1 cucharada Sazonador completo
- 2 chiles grande maduros rojos
- 500 gramos arroz
- 6 consomes

- Cortar y suasar las hojas de plátano o el yute en fuego y limpiarlas muy bien preparar las hojas de 35 centímetros largo y 30 ancho para envolver

- Pelar los ajos y las cebollas y llevarlos a la licuadora junto con el pellejo de cerdo cocinado los chiles panameños y la rama de apio una vez licados agregue la mezcla a la masa que tenemos en la olla agregue los consomes y el sazonador completo la salsa lizano y mezcle con los 5 litros de agua lo que quedo del caldo de carne y pellejo cocinado llevar esta masa al fuego y revolver constantemente y agregue sal y el aceite o la manteca y cocine la masa hasta que hierva baje y a empezar a emvolver
- Cocinar las vainicas la zanahoria y las papas con un puntito de sal solo que mdio ensuavicen y retirar del fuego
- Lavar y cortar el chile dulce maduro en tiritas que alcanzen para 50 unidades
- Por aparte cocinene el arroz con la cucharada de achiote y póngale sazonador
- Desmenuzar la carne y hacer 50 porciones para 1 pedazo para cada unidad
- Emboltura poner la hoja grande abajo y una pequeña sobre la grande poner 200 gramos de la masa cocinada y un pedazo de cada cosa que hemos preparado poner primero el pedazo de carne y luego las verduritas y la hojita de culantro por último la cucharada de arroz con achiote coger por ambos extremos y enrrolle cierre y doble repetir hasta terminar
- Poner a cocinar con abundante agua una vez que han hervido dejar por 1 hora sacarlos con mucho cuidado y servir
- Así quedan después de cocinarlos
